Though the product and service are readily available, you need written consent from Wavy the Culture (Us) to use.
Section 3: COPYRIGHT DESIGNS
It is the clientβs responsibility to gain authorization to use any copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise licensed material/logos in their order. We will not be held liable for use of copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise licensed logos, designs or artwork in products supplied to your specifications.
Section 4: DESIGNS PRODUCED BY WAVYTHECULTURE
Any Designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.
Section 5: DESIGNS
We may occasionally use examples of custom embroidered clothing we have produced on our website. If you would prefer to opt-out or keep your relationship to us discreet please let us know by clearly stating on your order for approval.
Section 6: SHIPPING POLICY
Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color, and size to complement each of your designs, your items will be printed after you order them. The printing process takes 1-2 business days. Customers typically receive their product within 7-10 business days.

Β· US standard domestic shipping takes 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print)
Β· International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (including 2 to 3 business days for print)
Section 7: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the product will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided βas isβ and βas availableβ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Section 8: EXCHANGES
If applicable, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take a picture of the damaged or defective product, If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wavytheculture.com. Send your item to: Wavy the Culture, 1101 S. Longwood Loop Mesa, AZ 85208.
Section 9: REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Section 10: RETURN POLICY
ALL items must be returned new and unused, you have 15 days from the time the item is received to return it. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not sent back to the customer.
